With this new service, we will commit to manufacturing and installing your replacement door within 3 days.
If a door is damaged, be it accidentally or intentionally, it’s critical that a replacement door can be fitted as soon as possible. Our 3-Day Replacement Door Service keeps rooms operational, removes the risk of damaged parts harming service users or staff, and ensures continued integrity and compliance of fire compartment lines.
Day 1: Production
Replacement Door Order Placed
If a door becomes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to place a door replacement order. Once your order is confirmed, the 3-day replacement timeframe will begin.
With the order placed and the damaged door pinpointed, we will determine the exact dimensions and door handing based on the original project specification files before commencing production.
Production Begins
Production will begin on Day 1 as we work round the clock to ensure the damaged door is replaced in good time so your facility can return to full operationality. The damaged door will be replaced with an anti-ligature doorset in our classic Oak Finish, machined to perfectly fit the aperture.
Day 2: Delivery
Production Completes
With a fast-tracked schedule, production of the replacement door completes and quality assurance checks are carried out. The door will then be prepared and packaged for direct delivery to site.
Arrival on Site
Your replacement door will arrive on site having been manufactured to exacting standards in our production facility.
Our Project Managers will liaise with estates and facilities management teams to ensure a smooth arrival on site and minimal disruption to live ward environments.
Day 3: Installation
Replacement Door Installed
On Day 3, our specialist team of installers will visit your facility to fit your replacement door.
Our Installation Team possess considerable experience and are sensitive to the ever-changing complexities of live wards and the additional precautions that must be taken when working in such environments.
The replacement door will be installed to strict tolerances and tested for a snag-free handover, with the damaged door being removed from site.
