Online Lunch & Learn: Co-Production in Mental Health Care | 27th March

How can the physical environment promote the basic human need for emotional safety?

Join us on Thursday, 27th March for an online Lunch & Learn event exploring co-production and trauma-informed design in mental health care environments. We’ll be broadcasting live from the full-scale CAMHS concept bedroom, designed alongside Experts by Experience as part of the Co-Production CAMHS Collaboration Project.

Since its unveiling in 2024, the co-produced bedroom has been visited by Experts by Experience, architects, and mental health care professionals from across the globe, each sharing their unique insights and feedback to contribute to the project’s learnings.

During the Lunch & Learn, we are excited to share and review the project’s key learnings and explore how they can benefit design for the wider mental health care space. We’ll also be joined by Gilling Dod, principal architect on the CAMHS Collaboration Project, who will deliver a presentation showcasing how co-production shaped the design, as well as Kevin Gorman, CEO at Britplas.

We hope you can join us and we look forward to welcoming you. Click below to register, or scroll further for more information!
