Hi Jeanette, great to have you with us today and thanks for being part of the ‘Meet the Team’ series. To start, which parts of the US does your role at Kingsway cover?
I typically cover the eastern part of the US and specialize in our ligature-resistant Division 10 products, however I do get involved throughout the US if needed. I jump in wherever I’m needed.
What was it that attracted you to your role at Kingsway Group and when did you start?
I started at Kingsway in June of 2022, what really attracted me was the industry itself. I was at a point in my life where I really needed to change my career goals. When I learned of Kingsway and what they do and the culture that they are creating, I thought to myself this is exactly what I want to do.
What’s the most rewarding part of your role personally?
Helping people maintain their dignity and safety at the most challenging times in their lives gives me an amazing feeling of accomplishment. Also, working with wonderful people over here at Kingsway.
Our team here in the US is continuing to expand as we look to help more behavioral health partners de-risk their facilities. Which members of the team here do you work most closely with in your role?
Kevin Neilson (wonder boy) & Aaron McCallum most frequently. However, all of our team are great to work with, and each one is always so supportive and eager to help me be the best person I can here at Kingsway.
What’s been your favorite, or the most interesting, project you’ve worked on at Kingsway?
I’d have to say the Creedmore Nurses Renovation, this has been my baby since I started in June, and it’s still ongoing. I have been through every aspect of the process, so I feel it has paved my way with Kingsway and given me a good foundation of the process.
What makes Kingsway different in our support for our partners?
I’d have to say the customer service and the dedication from our staff to make all transactions as smooth as possible. To ensure, “A Happy Customer, and Perfect Product from A Winning Team”.
Thank you Jeanette, a pleasure to chat with you today. To round off, what are your favorite pastimes or passions outside of work?
I absolutely love football (American football lol) and I’m an avid Fantasy Football Player. Spending as much time as possible with my Grandson. I also love summer and spending time with my family and friends in my backyard, swimming, barbecuing, and just being together.
